Objective: Basic details filling + Initial idea submission based on problem identification and innovation.
- Submit a proposal document (500-1000 words) in PDF format.
- Problem Statement related to Forest & Wildlife Conservation.
- Proposed Solution (Technology Stack: AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, etc.).
- Potential Impact and Feasibility.
- Evaluation Criteria: Innovation, Relevance, Feasibility, Clarity.
Date: Mar 31, 2025 – Apr 21, 2025
Elimination Round (Online)
Objective: Refining the idea into a structured solution framework.
- Submit a detailed solution PPT covering:
- Well-defined Problem Statement & Solution with Use Case Analysis.
- Innovative Technical Approach (Technology stack, architecture, tools).
- Strategic Implementation Plan (Step-by-step execution roadmap).
- Sustainability & Long-Term Impact (Scalability, real-world applicability).
- Business & Deployment Strategy (Practical implementation and market viability).
- Optional: Video Presentation.
Date: Apr 22, 2025 – Apr 24, 2025
Final Round (Offline Pitching)
Objective: Live Pitching & Prototype Showcase.
- Presentations must be completed within 8 minutes.
- Prototype Showcase (Developed or under-development prototypes are acceptable).
- Evaluation Criteria: Innovation, Prototype Quality, Practicality, Completeness, and Engagement.
Date: Apr 28, 2025 – Apr 29, 2025
Rules & Regulations
- Eligibility: Open to all students and innovators across India.
- Participants can compete individually or in teams (maximum 4 members per team).
- All ideas and solutions must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere.
- Participation Fees: ₹349/- (Payable during Round 2).
- The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
